Any personal information that is collected as part of the order process, is used only as needed to fulfill orders or to send e-mails with special offers. We do not sell any of the information that we have collected from you.
Our Shipping Policy
We ship our products USPS Priority Mail. For local customers, your packages should arrive within 1-3 days. For our other customers your packages should arrive within 3-7 days.
Our Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please let us know and we will gladly make it right.
Our Freshness Policy
Our goal is to send you the freshest treats possible, so we bake our treats as you order them. With that in mind, it will take 2-3 days to process your order. We will gladly notify you when your order is complete and has shipped. For arrival times once your order ships please see our Shipping Policy. For optimum freshness, our treats should be used within 6 months of arrival.
Special Requests
Our treats are a hard crunchy treat. If you need a softer treat, please let us know and we can do our best to accomodate your furry friend.
